Your external life is a direct representation of your inward self. The current life you are living is the exact life that you feel you should be living.
We know that life operates as a man thinketh. Your thoughts govern your outcome in many a way. Self talk is one of the leading edges of who you are choosing to become. When you look at your body in the mirror with some form of self disgust and you hear that inner voice describing how many ways its unsatisfied with your appearance that is greatly effecting the ease of change, the resistance to a newer stronger body. This is just an example. Take another look at the success of some famed athletes. They told themselves day after day that they “were the best” in their field. This positive use of their inner voice led to them actually feeling that they were. Conner McGregor is a modern example of this. He was living in poverty yet believed he was a champion, and the end result still stands today.
Your feelings is the key to changing your outside (external) world. It is not just enough to desire to be different or better. You must lead with the inner belief that you already are ____________(insert the feelings of your desire).
A method of this would be to go to the place of your desire during a meditation. If it is a financial desire then go past the thoughts of a fat bank account and go all the way to the results of an abundance of money. The end result of a fat account would be the feeling of stocking your fridge with the food you choose to because cost is irrelevant. The feeling of driving to an appointment at 10:00 in the morning in the vehicle of choice, the feeling of choosing what you want to do when you decide to do it, all because you have the bank account to support these desires. Live in that “future” moment and all its pleasurable feelings that then you have created the void that nature cannot have. This void is what causes the Universe to spin in your favor bringing everything it needs to you in order to close the void.
The depth of your feelings is the strength of the creation.
Feelings is the expression of the consciousness. The way you feel is the exact life you are creating, because at your center, it is the life you desire.
All other choices are in actuality reactions to what you are feeling.
You have no doubt heard of evening mantras, of telling yourself, of giving yourself a mental reset before going to bed. There is great power behind this. Each night, right before falling asleep, go into the feeling of how you would like your day to be upon waking and see what happens.
