How to manifest your dreams? This is the first way that we all approach this usually. I want something so it is time to start manifesting it! But, that is not quite how manifesting works.
See, life is always in a state of unfoldment. You are living your life today based on the sum total of your past thoughts and beliefs. Your life is a direct outside replicate of your inside experience. In its infinite entirety. Every emotion, every thought and every action you have experienced has built to the moment of now, your current reality.
Please know that this is very complex (the past to current part, we will get into the future soon) and there has been a lot of life’s moving parts involved. Can you even look at all of the emotions, feelings, and thoughts you’ve had just this morning? All of these are like complex spiderwebs of energy drawing equally, from the universe to you, in accordance with the duration and quality of feeling given at that time. Our human minds cannot grasp the infinite details involved here.
What I am saying here is that you are always manifesting! You are a creator! That is what you are, what you do. In every moment of every day. This is also why it is so easy to have the same life week after week, month after month, all of sudden realizing at the new year that your life hasn’t changed much the past year. You haven’t done anything different to allow anything new to be expressed. The same beliefs create the same thoughts and feelings which create the same actions. I realizing we haven’t yet started talking about the how but I’m trying to paint a picture of the foundation. Your outside world is an expression of the inside. You have to start on the inside to change elsewhere.
The fun is in the creation of the future though right! You want more! Practical steps work well…
Step #1 – SILENCE
Be still. Speaking very figuratively here. I assume that you are assuming manifesting something goes hand in hand with meditation. That is what we will be doing now. Lay down or sit comfortably and DO NOT MOVE. A fractured focus is exactly the opposite of what we are looking for here and any movement promotes brain action. Being completely still allows the brain to automatically, on its own, slow down. A goal we are after here is to drop down from high beta to a lower level, eventually reaching the power of reached in theta levels. So be still. That itch that you think you must scratch, it will pass. Do Not Move. This is a time of zero action. Thinking about a thought is doing something, as is not thinking about a thought. Just be and let all thoughts come and go. Don’t attach to any of them. Don’t judge them, or yourself for having them, just like the clouds in the sky let them come and go. Past events are a memory and future is simply your imagination. Be here now.
Step #2 – Clarity
What is the end result you desire? You need to know the outcome. Without having any clarity on where you want to go you go everywhere and nowhere. It doesn’t serve you too well if you go towards this point today, that point tomorrow, and another place later. Focus is your friend and specifics are tools of elimination. The more clear on what you are desiring the more of what you do not want is eliminated. Wanting new transportation is painting with a broad brush but desiring a grey 1971 Ford Mustang GT 500 with a sportsroof and black racing stripes, just like Eleanor in Gone in 60 Seconds, is eliminating every other type of transportation. Clarity.
Step #3 – Feeling
Feeling is the language of the universe. Where clarity creates the human visual feeling is the communication to the universe. This is the step that matters! How deep can you go? How far into feeling can you feel your desire as a completed end result? This is to be done in present tense moment. You are already there. What does the wind in your hair feeling like when driving Eleanor? What does the leather seats feel like? What do they smell like? The sensations you have when touching it. The feeling of pressing on the gas and FEELing the car throb forward, hearing the exhaust and feeling the power of it all, the excitement you have. What are the looks you receive when pulling into a valet? How do you feel when a compliment is given. Remember, all of this is happening right now. You are not to think of anything happening in the future when you get the car, but everything is a current reality. Let go of all logic and go as deep into the feeling as you can, all in the moment of now. Be there now.
Step #4 – Faith
When done with the feeling step you are back in current reality present life will test your belief and offer resistance. How bad do you really desire it? All of current reality must be altered in order to connect the desired state with the current state so every opportunity provided to lose belief and accept the previous reality without the desired end result must be let go and dropped when brought into your awareness. You are pregnant with child, the child being your desire. Think of ordering a steakburger and sweet potatoe fries at a drive-through. When you pull up to the window you fully expect to get a steak burger and sweet fries, not some random tacos and waffles. You have full faith that it already is, letting go of the processes involved with the how.
Step #5 – Follow
This leads directly in the how. The universe has more ways to bring the desired wish into your reality then you can comprehend. Infinite remember. When a new thought or idea enters your mind follow it. It is not for you to judge how but to accept. Turning down an invitation to dinner might be the connection to someone who needs a service that you can offer, which would have provided the extra funds to make the purchase. Don’t tell the universe no thank you! Let go of the thoughts and judgments on how it will happen and let the universe, in its infinite ways, show you the path. The path to the end result is one that you will never know until it is experienced. Your job now is to go through the open doors. Simply allow yourself to receive.
Anyways, this is an attempt and putting words to a set of practical steps to follow in order to more rapidly manifest your dreams. All in all, his is not a hard process and procedure but it does take consistent focus. The entire process is one I’ve nicknamed (stepintation), like meditation but stepping into the desired wish, and have been using with wonderful results.
